AI & ML Engineer

As an experienced engineer, you will leverage machine learning to understand and process large datasets, conduct statistical analyses, and develop and deploy AI solutions that support our clients’ cyber missions. You will define solution directions, collaborate across disciplines, and guide clients through the ML algorithm, tool, and framework landscape.

• Experience building and deploying AI and ML solutions into production
• Experience with Python programming
• Experience with object‑oriented programming and best practices
• Experience adapting and fine‑tuning open‑source models such as YOLO or BERT
• Experience building applications leveraging LLMs for automation tasks such as text summarization
• Experience with containerization technology such as Docker
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with Reverse Engineering
• Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant and relational databases such as Postgres
• Experience with on‑prem compute
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework

Salary range: $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The posted range represents the typical salary for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package, which includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in the full benefits program.
