Independently performs intermediate electrical design tasks, prepares design documents, coordinates with internal and external partners, and may mentor less experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform intermediate‑level calculations and design with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and modify plans, reports, and technical documents.
- Review shop drawings for compliance.
- Guide junior designers and provide technical support.
- Participate in business development and client coordination.
- Support limited project management and coordination tasks.
- Maintain current knowledge of codes, standards, and design tools.
- Efficient communication and workflow facilitation.
- Strong professional integrity and trustworthiness.
- Quality‑oriented with attention to improvement opportunities.
- Inclusive teamwork and constructive problem‑solving.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and design principles.
- FE and PE completion preferred.
- Ability to lead small tasks or portions of projects.
- Completion of FE exam, LEED and/or WELL accreditation.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and proficiency in engineering design, A&E industry, codes, design guides and standards required.

Salary can vary from this range based on geographic cost of labor differentials.
Salary Ranges- Los Angeles: $81,070 – $139,556
- Las Vegas: $73,382 – $126,323
- Denver: $76,877 – $132,338
- New York: $85,263 – $146,775
- Philadelphia: $76,877 – $132,338
