The Challenge

We are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to our Construction & Mission Support department to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage staff augmentation, construction support, and construction management projects to maintain scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality within the contract.
  • Coordinate, communicate, and report to the Government Client and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, review, and implement QC plans, safety plans, property management systems, health & safety plans, and oversee the development of project deliverables.
  • Provide input to finalize project plans and adjust as needed for unforeseen events.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules.
  • Complete daily reports on work progress, monitoring cost, quality, safety, and schedules.
  • Oversee and manage diverse staff in remote geographical locations.
  • Prepare written proposals and cost estimates for staff augmentation, construction support, and construction management projects.
  • Coordinate and direct inspection teams, individuals, subcontractors, and suppliers/vendors.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ten years of management experience; experience with a U.S. Government client or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to job sites both domestically and internationally.
