Quality Assurance Process Analysis, Advisor

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA;
  Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA;
  Minimum of 5 years with Ph.D.
• 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• ISO 9001:2015 requirements certification
• Experience supporting FAA or aviation-related systems.
• Experience assessing suppliers for contractual compliance, reliability, and quality.

Peraton is seeking a Quality Requirements Engineering and Compliance Advisor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that processes and deliverables for mission-critical FAA systems meet defined quality standards. This position works closely with engineers, developers, and program managers. • Understand, establish and maintain requirements traceability across program teams.
• Assess and monitor supplier quality.
• Assist program teams with identifying and implementing corrective actions.
• Support program team risk assessments.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the ISO 9001 standard and contractual requirements.
