Position SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Mission Engineering and Integration Project Lead to drive modeling and analysis in the Golden Dome Integration team, supporting Mission Engineering and Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) across the corporation.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and orchestrate teams in Mission Engineering and MBSE efforts for Golden Dome.
- Capture and integrate the warfighter’s needs into studies and analyses.
- Frame problems and execute studies to maximize value to government customers.
- Influence key stakeholders to adopt recommendations based on data.
- Coordinate with engineering teams across multiple locations (VA, CO, AL, CA).
- Ensure system performance meets Golden Dome Program Office requirements.
- Collaborate with other organizations to improve effectiveness.
- Align system engineering rigor with rapid development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
- 12 or more years of relevant technical experience, including missile defense or space systems.
- Proven ability to prioritize, scope, plan, and execute complex technical projects.
- Experience leading and inspiring engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of MBSE and DOW Mission Engineering processes.
- Understanding of System‑of‑Systems Engineering principles.
- Substantive experience with the DOW acquisition lifecycle.
- Willingness to travel 10‑20% of the time.
- Current and active TS/SCI clearance (US government issued).
- US citizenship.
- Advanced STEM degree.
- Experience with UAFML or SysML.
- Experience using digital tools for mission engineering and analysis.
- Knowledge of military space or missile defense systems.
- Experience defining and implementing a strategic technical vision.
- Ability to obtain necessary SAP‑level clearance.
Annual salary range: $155,900 to $233,900. Pay determined by education, experience, and performance.
