Systems Engineer​/Program Analyst - Loesung LLC

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate multiple technical concepts, models, and prototypes to support the SBST program’s architecture and mission objectives.
• Analyze existing capability gaps across the SBST organization and design detailed support models and frameworks that address those gaps.
• Apply Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to create integrated system representations, traceability matrices, and validation plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams using Agile methodologies to ensure rapid delivery and continuous improvement of prototyping tools.
• Produce technical documentation, simulation results, and performance reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or higher in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with MBSE tools and techniques, and strong proficiency in Python and MATLAB for modeling and analysis.
• Solid understanding of Agile development processes and ability to work in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a track record of delivering technical documentation and presentations.
