This role is ideal for engineers with operational and technical experience supporting RADAR, Radio Frequency, airborne, or satellite systems, with a strong preference for satellite mission experience.

Thesuccessfulcandidate will supportrequirementsdevelopment, architecture analysis, systems integration, mission processing, and technical planning across space and ground environments. This position supports national security missions by advancing Radar/RF collection, mission processing, architecture integration, resiliency, and end-to-end mission performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex systems engineering efforts for Radar/RF systems across space, ground, and mission operations environments.
  • Provide senior technical direction on Radar/RF phenomenology, collectionmethodology, mission processing, and operational performance.
  • Performenterprise-levelrequirementsdevelopment, definition, decomposition, traceability, validation, and technical closure activities.
  • Evaluate Radar/RF system capabilities across tasking, command and control, collection, mission processing, and dissemination.
  • Conductarchitecture analysis, trade studies, and solution alternative assessments for GEOINT, space, and ground systems.
  • Analyzemission processing approaches designed to mitigate radio frequency interference and improve radar processing outcomes.
  • PerformRF engineering assessments related to system resiliency, jamming resistance, operational effectiveness, and mission assurance.
  • Support user needs analysis, capability gap assessments, and solution alternative evaluations to inform Government investment and technical decisions.
  • Coordinatesystems integration strategy, readiness planning, and end-to-end mission and services closure across complex mission systems.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.
  • BS/BA in a technical or STEM field such as engineering, physics, or a related discipline.
  • MS/MA may be counted as 3 years of experience;
PhD may be counted as 5 years of experience.
  • 0+ years of relevant systems engineering, Radar/RF, GEOINT, space, ground, or mission operations experience. Candidates will be considered for the Junior (0–6 years), Mid-Level (7–11 years), Senior (12–17 years), or Expert (18+ years) level based on experience and qualifications.
  • Background supporting Radar/RF systems, preferably in satellite mission environments; airborne experience is also relevant.
  • Knowledge of Radar/RF phenomenology specific to collection and processing methodologies.
  • RF engineering experience, including familiarity with system design approaches for resistance to jamming.
  • Understanding of Radar/RF systems across tasking, command and control, collection, mission processing, and dissemination.
  • Familiarity with mission processing techniques to address or mitigate the effects of radio frequency interference in radar processing.
  • Experience with systems engineering core processes, including requirements, architecture, risk and opportunity management, systems integration, and end-to-end mission and services closure.
  • GEOINT domain knowledge, including space…
