  • Influence cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive design-to-value ideation, joint process improvement, and enhanced innovation across electrical and electronic systems
  • Develop market insights through research and data analysis, tracking industry developments, supply and demand dynamics, emerging electrotechnical standards, and leading-edge manufacturing practices
  • Drive supplier risk management, component traceability, and due diligence to ensure compliance with sourcing restrictions, import/export controls, ITAR/EAR regulations, and applicable electrotechnical standards (e.g., IEC, MIL-SPEC, AS9100)
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships, performance reviews, and escalations to improve accountability, quality, service, and on-time delivery of electrotechnical commodities
  • Apply procurement levers and analytics—including supplier rationalization, should-cost modeling, make-vs.

-buy analysis, and inventory optimization—to deliver measurable value across the electrotechnical category
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, quality, legal, and operations teams to support innovation, new product introduction (NPI) execution, and overall electrotechnical category performance
  • Assess supplier and platform risks specific to electrotechnical supply chains, develop appropriate contingency plans, and drive their inclusion into overall program and business decision-making processes
