Finance / Budget Analyst – TS/SCI with CI Poly Clearance

Tenica and Associates LLC seeks a financial management specialist to provide timely and accurate financial support to the government customer. The role involves a wide range of analytical and reporting activities to ensure effective budgeting and financial management.

• Provide time‑sensitive and accurate financial management support.
• Conduct business case analysis, cost estimates, and funding model development.
• Perform invoice research, analysis, processing, and reclassification; manage cost benefits analyses.
• Execute financial reconciliation, accounting reclassifications, burn‑rate, obligation, and expenditure analyses.
• Prepare financial reports, performance management data, and spend‑plan analyses for projects and contracts.
• Support acquisition strategy development and project management activities.
• Lead ad‑hoc financial projects as required.

• Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• Jr to Sr‑level experience in finance or budget analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management practices, contract analysis, and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
