Project Control Analyst, Junior
Serve as a program control analyst providing contract financial management services for multiple contracts in a client account. Work as part of a program management office with internal clients and infrastructure departments to analyze the resolution of financial, contractual, and administrative issues. Prepare monthly financial status reports and review contract awards and modifications for accuracy. Provide risk mitigation, manage reserves, and assist with analyzing business or budget planning and financial analyses.
Required Qualifications- Experience in a financial management environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and use within financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environments
- Ability to be a team player, work in a fast‑paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements in support of a high‑visibility program
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team effectively
- Ability to learn and teach fundamentals related to the support of program management activities
- Ability to respond to directed assignments, think analytically, and comprehend financial implications of the business
- Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $43,700 to $90,000 annualized USD. Compensation is determined by various factors including location, education, experience, and contract‑specific requirements. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
