• Act as a Customer liaison delivering TD’s Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice in advising Customers regarding personal banking solutions/needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the Store for customers and colleagues regarding all products, services, policies, and procedures of TD, especially personal and business banking.
• Make product recommendations based on Customer needs, highlight features and benefits, and support Customers through challenging times and life events.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to proactively play a key role in Customer assessments, identify solutions and lead‑focused outbound sales activities.
• Evaluate issues, errors and problems based on practices and existing precedents or procedures.
• Build working relationships with customers and related teams, and explain detailed or complicated information within the team.
• Participate in Customer outreach, servicing and advice activities to deliver on TD’s unexpectedly human promise.
• Engage in conversations with customers about loan products, facilitate the application intake, and maintain NMLS registration.
• Travel different locations within the designated region or area; perform same‑day travel to multiple work locations as required.
• Perform a variety of teller transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies.
• Provide community services such as Financial Education classes if required.

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2‑year degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience required (teller experience preferred).
• Cross‑trained to take customer transactions.
• Full proficiency gained through job‑related training, including Microsoft Office.
• Superior Customer Service skills, strong organization, excellent communication, effective problem‑solving, and ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Must be able to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and adapt to different locations and environments.
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).
• Notary License preferred.
