Financial Aid Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused Financial Aid Representative to support students and families through the financial aid process. This role is responsible for providing guidance on financial aid programs, reviewing documentation, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

This position is onsite Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and families on financial aid options, eligibility, application procedures, and deadlines
• Review and verify financial aid documents for completeness and accuracy
• Process financial aid applications, awards, revisions, and related records
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with financial aid related questions and other financial aid forms
• Maintain accurate student records in the financial aid system
• Monitor compliance with institutional policies and federal/state regulations
• Support outreach efforts, workshops, and information sessions related to financial aid
• Coordinate with admissions, bursar, registrar, and student services teams as needed
• Resolve student account or aid discrepancies and escalate complex issues when appropriate
