Senior Contract / Acquisition Support - TS/SCI CI Poly

ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH CI POLY REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Position Overview:

Support complex Government acquisition efforts by providing expert-level advisory and execution support. Lead acquisition strategy development, contract planning, and execution activities to ensure mission success, compliance, and effective use of resources.

Responsibilities:

* Provide senior-level acquisition advisory support using expert knowledge of FAR, NAM, and source selection processes

* Serve as a trusted business advisor to Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTRs) and Government leadership on acquisition strategy and contract structuring

* Lead pre-award activities including acquisition planning, proposal evaluations, and cost/price analysis

* Guide negotiation strategies and source selection support

* Oversee post-award contract administration, execution, and compliance

* Identify and resolve complex contract performance issues

* Ensure timely processing of invoices, contract actions, and modifications

* Prepare and brief acquisition strategies, contract status, and recommendations to senior leadership

* Support audits, data calls, and continuous compliance reviews

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or

* Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or

* Doctorate with 8+ years of relevant experience, or

* Equivalent education and experience supporting IC or DoD environments
