  • Assist in developing and maintaining program documentation, including Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Program Management Plans, risk registers, and monthly status reports.

  • Participate in program reviews, Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), and customer meetings.
  • Contribute to proposal development efforts, including writing past performance volumes, management approaches, and staffing plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government contracting officers, program managers, innovation advocates, and industry partners. Represent the organization at industry events, OT summits, and government‑industry days.
  • Help manage subcontractor performance and ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables (CDRLs/SDRLs).
  • Maintain accurate records in government systems and internal tools.
  • Measure the impact of innovation initiatives on win rates, contract value, and delivery outcomes. Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
