Position: Travel Coordinator (OCONUS) *Contingent Upon Award* National Intelligence

The Travel Coordinator supports National Intelligence Division operations by planning, coordinating, and executing official travel for U.S. Government personnel assigned to classified OCONUS locations. This role requires knowledge of U.S. Government travel regulations, security requirements, and the ability to operate effectively in austere and high-tempo operational environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and arrange official travel including flights, lodging, ground transportation, while maintaining compliance with government and program travel policies.

Communicate and coordinate travel plans with personnel to prepare and manage travel itineraries that align with customer requirements.

Advise personnel on authorized travel routes, modes of travel, and entitlements in accordance with U.S. Government regulations and program-specific guidance.

Assist with processing passports, visas, country clearances, and other administrative duties.

Schedule and coordinate vehicle support and operate USG vehicles when required.

OCONUS deployment working on a rotational schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of travel coordination experience.

Current TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required.

U.S. Citizenship.
