Overview
Seeking Counterintelligence (CI) Officer to support our Client's challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
What will you do?VTG is seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Officer to support our Client in the Northern Virginia area.
Do you have what it takes?Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and
- 7-12 years of applicable experience (Level
3) - 12-20 years of applicable experience (Level
4) - 20+ years of applicable experience (Level
5)
- 7-12 years of applicable experience (Level
- Cable writing experience
- Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys
- Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings
- Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries' intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT
- Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods
- Familiarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis including insider threat detection
- Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessment
- For level 5: at least 2 total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS) or 4 years worth of TDY experience
- Must possess a high level US Government issued clearance at the time of application
Desired
Qualifications:
- Candidates with a Master's degree are highly desirable.
- Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
- Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packages
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
- Formal CI training and/or certifications
- Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
- Foreign language skills
