Job Description ### Overview Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Technician Clinic-Based | Paid Training Provided Behavioral Innovations – Chantilly Treatment Center (COMING SOON!!)Make a Difference. Build a Career.
Behavioral Innovations is hiring
Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth and an opportunity to change lives!
What You’ll Do
* Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
* Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
* Collect and record behavioral data
* Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
* Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
* Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
Pay & Career Growth Hourly Pay:
* Entry Level: $17.00/hr
* RBT I–V: $18.50–$22.00/hr
* Senior RBT: $23.00/hr Future BCBA Career Path:
ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership What We’re Looking For
Required:
* High school diploma or GED
* Reliable transportation to the clinic
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)### Preferred
* Active RBT certification
* Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
* Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields### Benefits
