Overview

Assistant General Manager – OEM – responsible for overseeing hotel operations, driving profitability, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while supporting the General Manager.

• Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager.
• Proactively spot challenges and tackle them to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff; develop all team members through training programs.
• Maintain clear, active communication with colleagues and guests.
• Manage financial information and data, supporting hotel operations with quantitative analysis.
• Use Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Deliver a friendly, service‑focused attitude in all guest and teammate interactions.

• At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage) or a four‑year degree with 2–3 years, or a two‑year degree with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Supervisory background required.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
