Position: Human Resources (Civilian) - Subject Matter Expert (S11) with Security Clearance
Overview Our Civilian HR SME will Provide expert civilian personnel administration, workforce management, and strategic HR operations support to national security space organizations. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
* Lead onboarding, offboarding, staffing support, and awards package processing.
* Oversee the maintenance of personnel records, staffing trackers, org charts, and complex manpower reports.
* Draft executive-level correspondence, memoranda, and high-visibility staffing packages.
* Manage critical meetings, schedules, and suspense actions for senior leadership Skills Required

Required Qualifications
* Master's degree (MA/MS) is required.
* Minimum 15 years of experience supporting civilian personnel administration or workforce management in the federal government/DoD.
* Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced personnel workflows. Desired Qualifications

* U.S. citizenship is required. Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000/year, DOE Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, or the sciences.
