Human Resources Associate

The Company with Great Benefits and certified as "A Great Place to Work". Responsibilities Must be able to work in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Back up for payroll and benefits Assist with Verifications of Employment and other related employment verifications. Facilitate communication between employees and HR team, act as a liaison between new hires and their leaders. Assist with periodic data audits of HRIS data to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Assist employees and their leaders with accurate and timely completion of employee skill assessments and performance reviews.

Assist with employment-related inquiries from employees, and leaders, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR team member. Assist with office mail, scans, and other administrative tasks. Support HR team with all internal and external HR related tasks and projects.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds t be able to visit the Chantilly office as needed for correspondence support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or related field and/or equivalent experience. At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator. Effective HR administration and people management skills. Payroll experience is required.

Experience with Workforce Manager, Workforce NOW and ADP is required. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. Fantastic organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and agility in a fast-paced HR environment are required.
