Key Responsibilities for the HR Assistant:
- Process HR data entry including employee and offer letter information
- Prepare and distribute offer letters
- Maintain records in ADP Workforce Now
- Support HR transactions in Deltek Costpoint
- Assist with onboarding and recruiting‑related administrative activity
- Ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Qualifications for the HR Assistant:
- 1-2+ years of HR or HR‑related administrative experience
- Experience using HR software (ADP preferred)
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Previous Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
