We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day Human Resources Function for a growing, field-based organization. This hands-on role will oversee Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Benefits, Leave Administration, Performance Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, while partnering closely with leadership to support employees, improve HR processes, and help the organization continue to grow.

• 5+ Years of Progressive Human Resources Experience
• HR Management or Senior-Level HR experience
• Strong Employee Relations, Investigations and Performance Management experience
• Knowledge of Employment Law and HR Compliance
• Experience with Benefits and Leave Administration
• Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding experience
• Experience independently managing multiple areas of the HR Function
• Experience with HRIS / Talent Management Systems

• Construction, Skilled Trades, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC or Field Services experience
• 401(k) / Retirement Plan Administration
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR
• Experience supporting a Field-Based / Hourly Workforce
