* Service Now Certification such as (CSA, CAD, CIS, CAS, CMDB, Discovery, or Similar)

* 7+ Years of Service Now Experience

* Experience with Service Now ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities

* AGILE Experience

Job Description

In this role you will coordinate with the Government and the Service Now ITOM Architect to design, implement, and configure Service Now Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities as the selected automated network discovery tool. At first, you will participate in enterprise discovery workshops with Government stakeholders to make key decisions impacting execution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system and project and to facilitate any required policy changes.

You will then implement, configure, deploy, and maintain Service Now ITOM with an integration to Axonius. You will also contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, CMDB Solution Strategy, Architecture Plan, and a security assessment.
