OverviewLucayan Technology LLC is hiring a Technical Lead to support mission-critical government cybersecurity and IT programs. This key role serves as the primary technical point of contact for contract execution, overseeing all tasks, deliverables, and technical requirements. The Technical Lead provides senior-level expertise in telecommunications, network security, and complex IT project management, ensuring secure, scalable, and mission-ready solutions for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Act as the primary technical lead for contract support and task execution.
- Oversee all contract deliverables (CDRLs) and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Lead and manage telecommunications, network, and cybersecurity projects.
- Plan, direct, and manage complex IT initiatives of similar size and scope.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with IC, DoD, and government stakeholders to ensure secure project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with ICD 503, DoD C&A processes, and NIST security guidance.
Required
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in each of the following areas:
- Telecommunications projects.
- Networks and network security.
- Planning and managing complex IT projects.
- Relevant IC, DoD, or Government cybersecurity/INFOSEC experience.
- Certifications:
- IASAE I/II (CASP, CSSLP, CISSP-Associate).
- IAT Level III (CASP, CISA, CISSP-Associate, GCED, or GCIH).
- Advanced STEM degree or senior-level IA certifications.
- Demonstrated leadership of large-scale technical teams.
- Proven ability to design and implement secure, enterprise-level solutions.
