Oracle Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud QA Manager to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative within the utilities sector. This role will focus on business scenario development, test case creation, and hands‑on functional testing across key Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.

The consultant will partner closely with business SMEs, QA leadership, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure comprehensive end‑to‑end testing across Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Projects, Financials, Inventory, and related enterprise modules. Experience in water, wastewater, or public utility environments is highly preferred.

• Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to analyze business requirements and define testing strategy.
• Develop detailed business scenarios, test scripts, traceability matrices, and end‑to‑end test cases for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Validate integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems such as City works, MWM, Primavera, SharePoint, GIS platforms, and other utility systems.
• Experience with Automation Testing using Tricentis TOSCA.
• Perform data validation, data conversion testing, and financial reconciliation testing.
• Log, track, and manage defects using Jira, ALM, Azure Dev Ops, qTest, or similar tools.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and coordinate retesting activities.
• Provide daily/weekly testing status updates and support milestone tracking.
• Ensure test documentation is complete, audit‑ready, and aligned with compliance standards.
• Manage a team of Testers. Onshore/Offshore Model.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  , preferably within:
• Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
• Procurement / P2P
• Project Accounting
• Inventory & Budgeting
• Proven experience developing and executing detailed test cases and scenarios.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including:
• Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P)
• Asset Management
• Experience testing integrations between ERP systems and third‑party platforms.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, ALM, Azure Dev Ops, qTest, etc.).
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or large‑scale transformations.

• Experience working within water, wastewater, or public utility organizations
  .
• Familiarity with utility‑specific systems such as Cityworks, MWM, GIS platforms, Primavera, or similar.
• Experience in hybrid or Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of audit, compliance, and public‑sector reporting standards.
