Clearance Required:

Current TS/SCI w/CI poly Waypoint's client is seeking highly skilled candidate for a Service Now Business Requirements Manager supporting a funded IC program. Those qualified will possess the following:

Required Skills:

* Receive vague customer requests for enhancements to Service Now workflow.
* Interview those customers to capture a robust set of needs.
* Document those needs within a comprehensive set of draft business requirements, which will be used to validate the completeness of work prior to production delivery.
* Assess enhancement requests for commonality with other enhancement requests, consolidating where appropriate.
* Pre-coordinate the draft business requirements with the development team to ensure they have sufficient details for a future development effort.
* Provide assessments and Courses of Action (COA) recommendations in written and oral presentations to Program Office personnel that detail the intended/unintended effects of proposed changes.
* Prioritize the draft business requirements against other features and enhancements in backlog.
* Facilitate formal (i.e., documented) requirements allocations meetings with the developer to ensure hand-off and acceptance of the finalized business requirements.
* Negotiate proposed prioritization and delivery against existing backlog.
* Facilitate periodic Program Increments with the development team to initiate a set of development sprints that will deliver chunked portions of the prioritized backlog.
* Validate the completeness and quality of the delivered enhancement at the end of the sprint to ensure the customer's expectations, which were documented within the finalized business requirements, are being met.
