Source Intelligence Analyst

• Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph
• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, or and additional 4 years with HSD
• 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis (counter terrorism, counter narcotics, or intelligence support to law enforcement)
• 5+ years of experience with strategic all-source analysis, data science, and intelligence production
• Proven ability to convey complex information in oral or written form
• Expert knowledge of ICD 203 standards
• Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues
• Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
• 5+ years of experience serving as a team lead mentoring junior analyst

Peraton is seeking an experienced All-Source Analyst capable of providing detailed, expert-level analysis of counter terrorism and counter narcotics information. The successful candidate will develop targets and analyze formal reporting to generate strategic intelligence production, courses of action, and threat alerts. The All-Source Analyst must establish and maintain productive community relationships and have the technical expertise and willingness to work with limited direction to achieve critical objectives.

The All-Source Analyst, SME will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. The successful all-source analyst candidate will leverage critical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset in data exploitation, processing, and visualization, and be capable of independently triaging ana assessing large values of data in a fast-paced environment.
