Network Engineer Expert; TS​/SCI Poly Security Clearance

Position: Network Engineer Expert (TS/SCI with Poly Required) with Security Clearance

At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Network Engineer, a typical day will include the following duties:
Managing computer network equipment and services. Also responsible for system administration of computers on network. Responsible for managing computer networks and network services:
* Design and document network architecture.
* Configure routers and managed switches.
* Install, configure and manage network services including LDAP, DHCP, DNS, File Servers, and License Servers.
* Perform daily oversight. Responsible for computer system administration:
* Perform installation, configuration, and management of Windows and Linux based computer systems.
* Install vendor software patches.
* Update software repositories.
* Perform data backups and restorations.
* Provide end user support.
* Perform daily oversight.

Experience with network and system security:
* Manage user accounts and accesses.
* Perform vulnerability scans and report results.
* Perform system software patches and updates.
* Maintain system security plans.
* Interface with security personnel.
