Key Responsibilities Cornerstone LMS Administration
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for Cornerstone OnDemand (configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization).
  • Build and maintain curricula, learning paths, certifications, and recurring compliance assignments.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, security groups, and organizational structure updates.
Training Operations & Content Management
  • Publish and maintain e‑learning and instructor‑led training (ILT/VILT), manage versions, and retire outdated content.
  • Support onboarding and mandatory compliance training workflows; ensure accurate completion tracking and reminders.
Reporting, Data Quality & Compliance Support
  • Produce dashboards and scheduled reports for leadership (completion rates, overdue training, certifications, audit‑ready records).
  • Monitor data integrity (duplicates, missing managers, incorrect assignments) and drive fixes with stakeholders.
Integrations, Testing & Vendor Coordination
  • Partner with HR/IT on HRIS/LMS data feeds, imports/exports, and basic troubleshooting (user loads, assignment logic, completion issues).
  • Support releases/upgrades: regression testing, UAT, and documentation of changes.
Customer Support & Documentation
  • Provide Tier 1–2 support to learners, supervisors, and trainers (tickets, how‑to guides, quick trainings, FAQs).
  • Document standard processes (new course setup, assignment rules, reporting definitions, audit trails).
  • Provide administrative support for the training team, including production of class rosters, automating reminder and registration emails, posting updates when classes are updated or canceled due to inclement weather or other changes.
Support Audit and Licensure
  • Provide reports and other documentation as needed upon request, occasionally within a very short timeframe, for internal and external audits or other quality activities in collaboration with Clinical and HR leadership.
  • Collaborate with medical and other certification providers to ensure train the trainer and employee certifications are up to date.
  • Produce certified copies of First Aid, BLS and other certifications as qualified by our partner organizations for employees and auditing organizations as needed.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of hands‑on full‑time LMS administration, with Cornerstone OnDemand as a primary platform.
  • Strong working knowledge of LMS structures: users/roles, catalogs, assignments, curricula, certifications, and reporting.
  • Expert level skill with data work (Excel filters/pivots; imports/exports; high attention to detail).
  • Excellent customer service and ability to translate requirements into LMS configuration.
  • Ability to support and convert files to SCORM/AICC/xAPI content basics and vendor course management.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cornerstone admin training/certification (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting compliance‑heavy environments (healthcare, human services, government contracting).
  • Graphic design and content development.
