* ACTIVE, CURRENT, AND FULLY ADJUDICATED US DoD TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY (TS/SCI) REQUIRED
* DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Northern Virginia. You will support IT networks, systems, and mission critical applications across a multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret/SCI). This is 100% ON-SITE. Remote work is NOT supported. This role supports information systems operations, modernization, cybersecurity, and operations and maintenance of new and existing FBI applications.

* This position requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearnce with SCI Eligibility (TS/SC).
* The Systems Administrator will install, configure, secure, and maintain Linux, Windows, and VMware systems (including vxRail), support AWS cloud deployments, perform vulnerability scanning and remediation, and manage identity tools such as Keycloak and SAML?based solutions. You will also support containerized environments, including Docker images and related Dev Sec Ops  practices. These systems support thousands of personnel across law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities.

This position requires strong technical depth, rapid incident response capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a secure, high?demand operational environment.

* Duties may include but are not limited to:
* Install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations and servers
* Perform software installations and upgrades following established IT policies
* Monitor systems and tune performance for optimal operations
* Implement backup, recovery, and data integrity procedures
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Conduct hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established configurations and security requirements
* Maintain configuration baselines for hardware and software environments
* Support analytical tool infrastructure in multi?enclave environments
* Install and maintain Linux, Windows, VMware/vxRail systems
* Perform vulnerability scanning and apply required remediations
* Support AWS cloud deployments
* Support identity and access management platforms (Keycloak, SAML, LDAP/ADFS/OpenLDAP)
* Install and maintain Docker & Kubernetes environments
* Optimize system performance, capacity, and availability
* Troubleshoot complex issues within secure, high?availability environments
* Respond to and resolve critical incidents within designated timelines
* Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
* Support SAFe 6.0 principles across two Agile Release Trains enabling enterprise search, analytics, visualization, and operational insight

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. YEARS OF

EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years of experience as a senior-level systems administrator in complex, secure environments. SKILLS/

* Virtualization technologies (vSphere, vXRail, Proxmox)
* Network configuration and troubleshooting
* System monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
* Backup and recovery operations
* Security patching, hardening, and compliance
* Advanced scripting (Power Shell, Bash)
* High-availability system design
* Disaster recovery planning and execution
* Automation and orchestration of system processes
* Advanced troubleshooting in complex, secure environments

* AWS Gov Cloud, SC2S, C2S environments
* Docker and Kubernetes
* Configuration management tools
* LDAP/OpenLDAP, ADFS, Keycloak
* Elastisearch, Splunk, and related data platforms

* SAFe Agile methodologies Preferred

Skills:

* Experience participating in Agile and software release processes
* Ability to work after hours when mission needs dictate
* Experience using SMART communication formats
* Strong experience supporting government secure environments
* Expertise with multi?enclave operations
* Demonstrated capability managing complex systems and secure infrastructures
