Network Security, Systems Engineer

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Cyber Network Operator to join our team in a hands‑on technical role that directly supports operational readiness and capability development.
In this position, you will play a key role in managing and deploying advanced network technologies, training mission partners, and building the infrastructure needed for high‑impact operational success.
Responsibilities- Manage and install network technologies such as routers, switches, database servers and related technologies to rehearse operational activity.
- Train colleagues and mission partners on operational methodology, tool development, equipment functionality, and technical/operational deconfliction.
- Obtain operational infrastructure for use as intermediate operational launch platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering) with a minimum of 15+ years’ experience in a relevant technical field.
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraph.
- Understanding of mobile technologies and implementations.
- Ability to evaluate and articulate technical risk.
- Understanding of computer networking architecture.
- Understanding of basic internet functionality, ISPs and network traffic.
- Possess system administration level knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, Mac OS, Mobile OS’s, etc.).
- Ability to convey technical and non‑technical information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to apply analytical thinking to decision‑making and problem solving.
- Understanding of fundamental technical network analysis.
- Certifications:
OSCP, OSWE, GXPN, GPEN, or equivalent. - Familiarity with commonly used large‑scale service components (web servers, databases, load balancers, caching servers, storage cluster, etc.).
