About the Role

InterScripts is seeking a highly experienced and strategicpartnerships leader to drive and scale our Microsoft and Workday allianceecosystem within the healthcare industry.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on buildingstrategic partnerships, driving co-sell opportunities, developinghealthcare-focused GTM initiatives, and generating measurable revenue growth through Microsoft, Workday, and enterprise consulting partner ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with enterprise technology alliances, healthcare transformation initiatives,consulting/SI environments, and executive stakeholder management.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader whounderstands how hyperscalers, enterprise software providers, consulting firms,and healthcare organizations collaborate to create large-scale transformationopportunities.

Travel Requirement

Approximately 25%–40% travel
based on partner meetings, healthcare client engagements, industry conferences, executivebriefings, and alliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Alliance Management

  • Develop and execute

    Microsoft + Workday healthcare alliance strategy
  • Build and manageexecutive-level relationships across Microsoft, Workday, healthcare organizations, and consulting/SI partners
  • Create scalable co-sellmotions, joint account plans, and referral strategies
  • Drive partner-influencedpipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Identify healthcaremarket opportunities across providers, payers, life sciences, and healthcare services organizations
  • Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams to build jointhealthcare solutions
  • Support strategicpursuits, deal shaping, and executive-level client engagements

Joint Solutions & Partner Enablement

  • Develop partner-focusedofferings around:
  • Workday HCM
  • Supply Chain
  • Microsoft Cloud
  • AI & Data Solutions
  • Dynamics 365
  • Lead partner enablementinitiatives, governance models, QBRs, scorecards, and executive briefings

Industry Visibility & Leadership

  • Represent the organization at partner meetings, industry conferences, executivebriefings, and healthcare transformation events
  • Build market visibilitythrough webinars, strategic campaigns, and ecosystem engagement activities

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in:
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Ecosystem GTM
  • Consulting Growth
  • 5+ years managingenterprise technology partnerships involving:
  • Microsoft
  • Workday
  • Global System Integrators (GSIs)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry operations and transformation priorities
  • Experience buildingco-sell programs, joint GTM strategies, and alliance-led revenue growth
  • Ability to engageeffectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadershipteams
  • Excellent communication,presentation, and relationship management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience with:
  • Microsoft Partner Programs
  • Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare
  • Microsoft Co-Sell Programs
  • Workday Partner Ecosystem
  • Workday HCM /Financials / Supply Chain
  • Existing relationships within Microsoft, Workday, healthcare organizations, or large consultingecosystems highly preferred
