Man Tech seeks a motivated Service Desk Tier 1 Lead for its Chantilly, VA team. This onsite position requires overseeing staff activities, troubleshooting IT issues, and developing SOPs. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT and 4+ years of relevant experience, along with DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification. Preferred qualifications include ITIL 4 certification and Azure certification. The candidate must have a current TS/SCI clearance and be willing to obtain a polygraph.
