In this role, you will provide analytical support to assist with business processes and metrics. You will produce valuable reports and infographics from Excel and Tableau to help guide critical decisions for human resources and the office.

• Work closely with the team to convert legacy data (CSV) to Excel for analysis in Tableau.
• Collect requirements and generate recommendations for system improvements and updates based on priorities.
• Prepare business data metric reports and infographics to assist the office in decision‑making.
• Evaluate current business tools and processes, propose best practices, facilitate improvements, and monitor and report on effectiveness.
• Provide briefings and support onboarding process briefings, system trainings, and documentation.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct, relevant customer experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Tableau for data analysis, including formulas and basic coding.
• Experience creating insightful infographics (data visualizations) in Excel and Tableau.
• Experience crafting technical requirements and user stories.
• Experience conducting briefings, providing instruction, and creating reference materials.
• Experience performing small‑scope business process analysis to identify opportunities for integration and efficiency.
• Experience drafting, defining, communicating, and implementing metrics‑based process improvements.
• Experience identifying, proposing, and facilitating comprehensive knowledge‑management best practices.
