Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of Service Now and its applications.
- Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
- Understand how Service Now can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits.
- Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
- Develop systems integrations and process automation.
- Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows.
- General support, administration, and maintenance of Service Now platform and associated applications.
- Work closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Provide overall O&M support for all Service Now modules and custom applications based on the release schedule.
- US Citizen
- Active TS/SCI or TS with SCI eligibility clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Service Now Certified System Administrator or Service Now Certified Application Developer.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with Service Now administration.
- Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues.
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
- Demonstrated ability with Service Now case, incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.
- Experience in custom application development and workflow automation in Service Now.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CSM Modules specific to customer portal, catalog items and case management workflows.
- Experience in API integration and troubleshoot API issues.
- Experience in IT service management and ITIL best practice implementation.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good presentation skills and ability to interact with senior executive and managers.
- Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to Service Now, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
- ITIL v3/v4 Certification
