The technician will provide incident response support, utilizing ITIL processes to resolve issues efficiently. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years of experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients on a 7 am – 4 pm shift are essential.
