A TS/SCI with a CI Poly clearance is required.

A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or an advanced degree in STEM or business (e.g., MS, MBA) combined with demonstrated technical experience.

• Six (6) years of experience administering IT Systems, Software Development, IT Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Two (2) years of experience as a program/project manager leading projects of similar size and scope within the IC; experience supporting the IC is preferred.

Advanced degree in business or STEM field.

PMP Certification; preferred certification meeting DoD 8140 requirements.

The Program Manager (PM) will direct, manage, and administer all tasks in the statement of work, ensuring completion of program activities within the established budget and schedule. The PM will serve as the primary management point of contact for contractor support, providing oversight of contract personnel to ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables and acceptable task completion.
