Responsibilities
- Support IT portfolio management and enterprise architecture initiatives
- Assist in implementing IT governance frameworks (FITARA, FISMA, UAF)
- Perform financial planning and budget tracking for IT programs
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI
- Support project management activities (Agile or PMP-based)
- Coordinate with stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Master's and 4 years OR Bachelor's and 7 years OR Doctorate and 3 year OR Associate and 8 years Or HS and 10 years
- Experience in IT portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT governance
- Working knowledge of FITARA, FISMA, and/or UAF frameworks
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile or PMP)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- TS/SCI with Poly
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certification
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, Service Now, Power BI, and Share Point
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes (FAR, NAM)
