As a solution architect on our team, you'll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting complex IT solutions. Through your leadership, we’ll help transform the way the Army uses technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. You mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects.
Your role will shape the digital solutions business and identify opportunities for growth.

You Have:
- 6+ years of experience designing large-scale enterprise solutions, integrating disparate technologies, and implementing security controls
- 5+ years of experience working with cloud computing platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with generating solutions for AI-enabled software development
- Experience implementing solutions using modern system architecture principles, including microservices
- Experience modernizing enterprise software delivery in support of digital transformation
- Experience managing technical delivery, including modernization efforts in forward-leaning in the DoD, federal government, or commercial entities
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working closely with software development teams
- Experience with project, task, and team leadership
- Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
- Experience evaluating architectural tradeoffs and designing robust service-based software applications for scalable enterprise production use
- Experience with full-stack development in a professional environment for enterprise production capabilities
- Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent listening skills
- Master’s degree
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Certification, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Certification

Top Secret clearance is required.
Compensation:
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $ to $ (annualized USD).
