Front End Developer, Senior

The Opportunity

As a senior full stack developer at Booz Allen, you will design and deliver complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment. You will help clients overcome complex challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. Your work will consider the current architecture and operating environment while planning for future functionality and enhancements.

• 6+ years of experience with Front‑End web development, including JavaScript, Type Script, React
  
  JS, Angular 2+, or Vue.js
• 6+ years of experience with CSS, SCSS, or HTML
• Experience with Agile development, including SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
• Experience with creating REST calls with a Node.js library, including Express.js or Axios
• Experience supporting junior and mid‑level engineers
• Experience designing new UI features
• Experience with unit testing
• Knowledge of REST APIs
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

• Experience with Typing concepts in Type Script, including classes or interfaces
• Experience writing unit tests in Vitest
• Experience with libraries such as Cesium, Chart.js, AG Grid, or Pinia
• Bachelor’s degree

• Remote:
  If the position is listed as remote, occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
• Hybrid:
  Hybrid roles require frequent in‑office work at a Booz Allen facility along with customer site visits as needed.
• Onsite:
  On‑site roles are performed primarily at a Booz Allen or customer facility with direct collaboration.
