The Opportunity:CACI is making a significant impact in the Intel community by modernizing Human Capital Management with commercial HCM capabilities for federal customers. We are replacing a 20+ year old legacy system by modernizing technology, reducing interdependent systems, and enabling user self-service. As a People Soft HRMS Application Developer, you will work with the latest Oracle People Soft capabilities, including potential integration of digital chatbots.
Responsibilities:Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience in information systems implementation or related efforts.
- Three years of technical development experience with People Soft HRMS, including recent experience with People Soft 9.x.
- Five years of experience developing, prototyping, and testing information systems solutions.
- Two years of experience with Oracle and SQL commands.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology.
- Experience implementing People Soft.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Work onsite in Chantilly, VA.
Desired:
- Experience leading information systems projects.
- Subject matter expertise in industry, process, or technology areas.
- Experience with design and process documentation.
- Experience with unit testing IT applications.
- Customer domain experience.
- Certified People Soft training in relevant modules.
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. Candidates may be considered for other roles at CACI.

Pay Range:The salary range is $86,600 - $181,800, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, and certifications.
