Join Contact Government Services as an eDiscovery Director and take on a pivotal leadership role within our electronic discovery team. This position is ideal for individuals driven by the opportunity to lead government projects that support litigation and e‑discovery processes. You will be key in ensuring efficient support for our governmental professionals through comprehensive project management, ESI intake, data analysis, and effective collaboration with third‑party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily administrative functions of litigation support software and eDiscovery databases, including:
- Creating and maintaining databases
- Importing images, data, and transcripts
- Searching and exporting data
- Document scanning, OCR, and coding
- Facilitating document production
- Process and publish electronically stored information for cases.
- Prepare documents and exhibits for trial.
- Maintain chain of custody and tracking documentation for incoming and outgoing media.
- Develop internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Be prepared to work overtime, including nights and weekends, depending on project requirements.
- Collaborate with General Counsel, Attorneys, Law Clerks, and Legal Assistants as part of the case management team.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the eDiscovery platform.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations through continuous learning and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with eDiscovery vendors.
- Exhibit self‑motivation and a proactive approach to shaping departmental initiatives.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new eDiscovery platforms.
- Strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery processes.
- Over 7 years of experience in litigation support and electronic discovery, preferably in a government setting, though law firms or eDiscovery vendors are also acceptable.
- Experience as an Administrator and Case Manager in Relativity.
- Proven ability to provide end‑user support for litigation support applications.
- Proficiency with various eDiscovery software platforms including Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, and IPRO.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.
- Possession of the Relativity Certified Administrator Certification is a plus.
