• Assist with the Authorization & Assessment (A&A) process for all systems in the Customer's portfolio across all network fabrics.
• Serve as the focal point for responding to Computer Network Attacks (CNAs), malicious code incidents, data spills, and other cyber incidents on Customer systems and networks.
• Track Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs) through closure and provide regular reporting.
• Interpret and articulate policy engine rules as they relate to the Customer's portfolio.
• Act as a Point of Contact (POC) for IT operations.
• Participate in a Customer working group that handles extremely sensitive data and track/optimize cloud costs, developing cost models for IC and DoW partners.
• Support the Customer's technical forums and review boards.
• Review proposed technical solutions and architectures, providing findings and whitepapers on potential solutions.
• Evaluate Cloud Service Provider (CSP) offerings for use with highly sensitive data.
• Provide expertise on encryption techniques and products, recommending the best options for specific problem sets.
• Coordinate cyber security vulnerability management.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical understanding of the Customer's tools and assist external partners with adoption and use.

• Experience levels: 0-2 years (Developmental), 3-5 years (Full Performance), 6-10 years (Senior), 11-15 years (Expert), 16+ years (SME).
• Demonstrated experience accrediting systems that handle extremely sensitive data and accrediting systems on multiple network fabrics.
• Design, develop, or maintain systems that handle extremely sensitive data on multiple network fabrics, including globally used systems.
• Experience with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, Oracle) and optimizing cloud-hosted systems for cost and performance efficiencies.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and on-premises architectures.
• Experience with Cloud Service Provider certifications.

• Experience on Service of Common Concern (SoCC) programs.
• Designing and standardizing Dev Ops processes.
• Experience with the Customer's suite of tools.
• Support for IC and DoW programs.
• Experience with the Customer's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes and procedures.
• Experience with the Customer's system accreditation suite of tools.

• Salary:
  Up to $215,000 per year.
• Full Vanguard 401k Plan – 100% employer match up to 6% of salary; 401k max out $57k ($63.5k if over 50).
