MANTECH is seeking a motivated Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This role involves providing IT support by managing service requests and resolving end-user issues. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience.
The successful applicant must have a Security+ certification and be able to communicate effectively with customers over the phone. This is a full-time position that requires working an eight-hour shift from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
