* The Opportunity:

* CACI is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT Storefront in Service Now that provides consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience. The Project Manager will oversee the team that develops the enterprise IT Storefront capabilities to enable the transition from legacy disparate systems.
This role is hybrid and will require at least 2 days on site in Chantilly, VA.
** Responsibilities:*
* The Technical Project Manager will:
+ Provide leadership and direct activities of a cross-functional technical team to plan and implement large-scale IT Storefront and other software systems.
+ Oversee projects from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment, and production support.
+ Establish strong partnerships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and project team.
+ Ensure adherence to the customer's Systems Engineering Life Cycle through all project phases.
+ Create and manage detailed project schedules to define and schedule all tasks and dependencies for successful project delivery.
+ Create and manage project artifacts and customer deliverables.
+ Indentify and manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
+ Ability to lead in a fast-moving environment to implement on time and on schedule.
+ Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

Required:

+ Experience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale commercial solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD.
+ Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related technical discipline.
+ 15+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
+ Ability to work independently with little direction and management oversight.
+ Experience delivering solutions according to the Agile methodology.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
+ Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain.
+ Experience using Microsoft Project to build detailed project schedules.

+ Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification,
+ Experience leading Service Now development projects.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$109,800 - $241,600
