Join Our Team as an eDiscovery Program Manager!
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated eDiscovery Program Manager to add to our dynamic team at Contact Government Services (CGS). This is a full-time, executive-level position in the Legal department where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our diverse range of legal accounts.
Your Role:In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative technology and collaborate with skilled professionals to tackle the government's most challenging problems. Key Responsibilities Include:- Managing contractor staff and overseeing administrative logistical support for the contract.
- Ensuring timely communication with clients and managing their expectations.
- Coordinating activities for new staff arrivals in collaboration with security and IT units.
- Providing subject matter expertise in eDiscovery and its lifecycle management.
- Facilitating communication and resource management among stakeholders.
- Monitoring IT systems and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Developing training programs and addressing performance issues.
- Preparing and submitting required reports and ensuring quality assurance of deliverables.
