Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a high-performing team to support a government instance of Relativity, ensuring excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation, processing, and delivery of collections, review cases, and productions using Relativity, File Intelligence, and other eDiscovery tools.
- Coordinate customer deliverables via the internal workflow system.
- Respond promptly to day-to-day customer requests and support tickets while managing additional duties.
- Utilize Relativity expertise to provide support and training on case functionality, document review, database administration, troubleshooting, and workflow consultation.
- Communicate effectively and deliver insightful information to various audiences, ensuring clear and balanced communication.
- Guarantee the quality and consistency of deliverables by adhering to established processes and best practices.
- Contribute to developing new processes and technology enhancements that promote efficiency.
- Document and refine processes and methodologies to ensure successful delivery and quality control.
- Engage collaboratively with team members and build strong partnerships with clients, supporting team leaders in providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist management and clients with additional tasks as necessary.
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance (active clearance preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation, eDiscovery, or technical support, focusing on client solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical teams.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
- Experience with eDiscovery services covering all aspects of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Experience with SQL tables, scripting, and Relativity templates/applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Relativity Certified Administrator or other relevant certifications.
- Security clearance issued by a Federal Agency.
- Comprehensive understanding of data management, Office 365, and Cloud environments.
