* + Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and proven ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.

+ Hands-on experience with VPN technologies, including Cisco VPN and comparable client solutions.

+ Demonstrated excellence in customer service and end‑user support.

+ Experience delivering technical support across diverse systems and environments.

+ System administration experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, telephony, and video conferencing equipment.

+ Experience deploying, configuring, and validating hardware and software components.

+ Skilled in using enterprise ticketing and incident‑management systems.

+ Practical experience supporting and maintaining Windows OS environments.

+ Practical experience supporting and maintaining Linux OS environments.

** Security Clearance Level:
** TS/SCI with Polygraph

** Desired Skills and Experience*
* + Demonstrated adherence to exceptional security practices, including handling Restricted Handling (RH) data.

+ Experience supporting specialized systems such as FSA3 and FiCE.

+ Certification as a Data Transfer Officer.

+ Certification as a Krypto Handling Technician.

+ Training or experience supporting special "Back Room" operational requirements.

+ Advanced training in FSA3 and FiCE architectures, including associated troubleshooting procedures.

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
