E-Discovery Application Administrator II –

CGS is seeking a dedicated professional with exceptional experience in the eDiscovery space to support a large federal agency. In this position, you will provide full‑time IT legal support services using various programs. As an expert programmer, you will independently develop, modify and maintain complex programs that support litigation‑environment applications, including litigation support databases, management systems, and analytical systems. CGS brings motivated, highly skilled, and creative people together to solve the Government’s most dynamic problems with cutting‑edge technology.

Responsibilities
  • Independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs.
  • Translate program requirements into program code.
  • Test, debug and refine programs to process data in accordance with written specifications.
  • Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
  • Develop data‑entry screens and other user interfaces, implement standardized reports, and create and generate specialized and ad‑hoc reports as required.
Qualifications
  • United States citizenship.
  • Substantial, hands‑on programming experience in the systems environment being used.
  • At least two years of directly applicable experience.
  • At least three years of overall programming experience, including experience with large‑scale database management systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or information management/technology.
  • Broad knowledge of government IT environments, including office‑automation networks, PC and server‑based databases and applications.
  • Supervisory or team‑leader experience.
  • Experience in automated litigation support.
