WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
* Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
* Required Experience:
5+ years of related

Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and proven ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
* Hands-on experience with VPN technologies, including Cisco VPN and comparable client solutions.
* Demonstrated excellence in customer service and end-user support.
* Experience delivering technical support across diverse systems and environments.
* System administration experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, telephony, and video conferencing equipment.
* Experience deploying, configuring, and validating hardware and software components.
* Skilled in using enterprise ticketing and incident-management systems.
* Practical experience supporting and maintaining Windows OS environments.
* Practical experience supporting and maintaining Linux OS environments.
* Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
* Desired Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated adherence to exceptional security practices, including handling Restricted Handling (RH) data.
* Experience supporting specialized systems such as FSA3 and FiCE.
* Certification as a Data Transfer Officer.
* Certification as a Krypto Handling Technician.
* Training or experience supporting special "Back Room" operational requirements.
* Advanced training in FSA3 and FiCE architectures, including associated troubleshooting procedures.

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
